Vision

Our vision is one where economies value all people, climate, and nature.

Mission

We support brave action to inspire and challenge industry to transition to a green, fair, and inclusive economy.

Our programmes

We focus on driving a just transition in four key industries with outsized impact on climate change, nature loss and inequality. To amplify our impact, we have cross-cutting programmes to accelerate change across industry.

Industry transformation initiatives

Our industry transformation initiatives act as catalysts for innovation and collaboration, uniting diverse actors for systems change. We leverage philanthropy to ignite bold, early-stage ideas to accelerate a green, fair and inclusive economy.

Our values

The guiding set of beliefs, principles and behaviours behind everything we do.

Conviction

We believe positive change is not just possible, but necessary. Our team feels empowered to contribute to this change. We are resolute in our belief that individually – and as a team – we can make a meaningful difference.

Courage

We stand up for our beliefs and do so with understanding and empathy for others’ views. We know positive change requires taking risks, and we’re comfortable with knowing we could fail. If this happens, we use to learn, and it enables me to make better (and sometimes, bolder) decisions.

Accountability

We feel accountable to our team, partners, communities we serve, governors and to the impact we aim to have. We believe in the importance of transparent communication and processes. We aim to be authentic through our work, and realise it requires balance, diplomacy, and nuance.

Adaptability

The rapidly changing context in which we work presents opportunities and challenges. We are dedicated to considering diverse viewpoints, especially those of our partners, as well as question our biases and assumptions to continually learn and enhance our impact.
